Our family house is located in the centre of Dubrovnik ,
only 5 min. walking distance from the Old Town (300 m) and 10min. from the beach and the other facilities like banks,fharmacies,markets and shops.
There are 2 rooms(each whit its own bathroom)-one twin and one double.
Theres also a living room whith TV,CD,fridge and terase you can use.
All that is on the house floor which will be used only by you and possible guests in the other room-it has separate entrance.
My family lives on the other floor whit our own entrance.
The guesthouse has a quite and peaceful atmosphere.

Deposit :
20% of the price should be paied 7 days
after making the reservation.
